BATTLESTAR GALACTICA
A series before its time in my opinion, and a personal favorite. Some excellent sites to refer to include the Battlestar Galactica Technical Manual, Battle Spoo (Babylon 5 Wars conversions), and Battlestar SFB and Friends (Star Fleet Battles conversion and an original Fleet Combat game) I am also a fan of the new series and have no problem between the two. I'd love to see a continuation of the original series, but the new one is pretty darn good as it is. I find the bickering between the two camps quite disappointing and downright silly at times and designs from both shows are welcome here.

Battlestar Galactica SFB and Friends A website dedicated to gaming in the BSG universe, especially the original series. Its main focus is based on a modification of Star Fleet Battles, but it also has an extensive section on modifications of the Star Blazers Fleet Battle System and a smaller system using Full Thrust. There's also an original game system for larger fleet battles.

Battlestar Galactica Fleet Commander A site producing a mod for the game Homeworld 2, a space based RTS that is quite good. The first version of the mod has been released and has ships from both series, Colonial and Cylon.
Battlestar Galactica: Beyond the Red Line A mod for Freespace that is under construction. Nothing complete yet, but it looks interesting.
Certainly one of the best fan-fics online today, it tells the story of the new Battlestar Prometheus on her first mission in the months prior to the Cylon attack and the destruction of the Colonies. After reading the story, I asked the author if I could take on drawing the ships and other units in the story. Its an incredible read, combining aspects of the original series seamlessly into the new universe and has recieved rave reviews from across the web.
